1. Order Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered.
In-Stock Products
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Custom / Made-to-Order Products
Custom bags, personalized items, team orders, and made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated turnaround times may vary based on order volume and product type.
Peak Seasons / Promotions
During major product drops, holidays, sales events, or tournament weekends, processing times may be longer than normal.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other available shipping partners.
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion or flat-rate offer.
Any free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders and may exclude oversized items, boards, bulk orders, or certain destinations.

5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after label creation.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately at team@luckycornhole.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lucky Bags Cornhole is not responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery issues such as delays, lost packages, or theft are generally the responsibility of the carrier.
If you experience an issue, contact us and we will gladly help you file a claim or locate the shipment when possible.
Refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 5 days of delivery at team@luckycornhole.com.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
9. International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country.
Delivery timeframes for international orders vary by destination and customs clearance.
10. Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on inventory location, item availability, or product type. If this occurs, tracking may be provided for each shipment.
