Welcome to Lucky Bags Cornhole (“Lucky Bags,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing LuckyCornhole.com or purchasing any products from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or place an order.

1. GENERAL USE OF THE WEBSITE

By using LuckyCornhole.com, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the site under supervision of a parent/guardian.

  • You will not misuse the website, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws.

  • All information submitted during checkout is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the site for any reason at any time.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and details for all products. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitors, screens, or printing variations.

  • Product availability may change without notice.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

Lucky Bags Cornhole reserves the right to discontinue or update products at our discretion.

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Placing an order signifies your agreement to:

  • Our processing timelines

  • Our shipping policies

  • Our custom-order policies

All sales are final once placed.

4. CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY (Bags, Boards, Jerseys, Apparel, Accessories)

Custom orders include any product made specifically for you, including but not limited to:

  • Custom Bags

  • Custom Boards

  • Custom Jerseys/Apparel

  • Custom Hoodies, Shorts, Pants

  • Custom Backpacks

  • Custom Birdseye Hoodies

  • Any personalized item with names, numbers, logos, or custom artwork

For all custom-made products:

NO Refunds

NO Returns

NO Exchanges

NO Cancellations once production has begun

Because these items are made individually to your specifications, they cannot be restocked, resold, or altered after production begins.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Mockups, proofs, or previews represent approximate color and placement.

  • Slight variation in colors, brightness, and shading is normal in sublimation and full-color printing.

  • Production timelines may vary depending on order volume.

  • Lucky Bags Cornhole is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect numbers, or artwork mistakes submitted by the customer.

If an error is made on our side, we will remake or correct the item at no cost.

5. TRADEMARK & COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS (Custom Designs)

Lucky Bags cannot print or produce:

  • Trademarked logos

  • Copyrighted images

  • Professional sports team logos

  • College logos

  • Brand logos (unless you provide written permission)

Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the order without refund.

Customers are solely responsible for confirming they have the rights to any submitted artwork.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Processing Times

  • Stock Bags: Usually ship within 1–3 business days

  • Boards: 5–10 business days

  • Jerseys/Hoodies: 10–14 business days

  • Custom Items: Varies per product type; timelines shown at checkout

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Issues

Lucky Bags is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Incorrect addresses submitted by the customer

Once a package leaves our facility, all responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Customers must contact the carrier directly for claims.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the nature of our products:

NO Returns or Refunds on:

  • Custom bags

  • Custom boards

  • Custom jerseys/apparel

  • Limited releases

  • Sale or discounted items

Returns MAY be accepted for:

  • Unused, unopened stock items

  • Wrong item(s) received due to our error

Any approved return must be:

  • Authorized in writing

  • Shipped back within 7 days

  • In original, unused condition

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected.

8. WARRANTY POLICY

Lucky Bags Cornhole warrants that all products are free of manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fabric fraying from gameplay

  • Snags, punctures, or drag marks

  • Resin settling

  • Water or weather damage

  • Improper storage

  • Misuse or modifications

Boards must be stored indoors to avoid warping.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Lucky Bags Cornhole is not responsible for:

  • Injuries resulting from gameplay

  • Damage caused by improper use or storage

  • Losses due to downtime or delayed shipments

By purchasing from us, you release Lucky Bags from all claims related to product use.

10. PRIVACY & DATA POLICY

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains:

  • What information we collect

  • How it’s used

  • How it’s protected

  • How cookies and tracking tools function

We do not sell personal information.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

Lucky Bags Cornhole may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of any changes.
